Traditional Tales -Farm animals
Pinkney's art is full of motion and I love it for this busy tale. The tale itself is interesting to me - I kept expecting it to go the rout of the Lazy Grasshopper or the Little Red Hen. The fact that there was no moral was kind of surprising to me.
