Jenkins' cut paper collages are always stunningly precise, and this one is no exception. I like the approach of seeing the part of the animal in isolation and exploring it to guess what its function might be. There's a beautiful use of the gutter on the page with the lizard tail - lizard sheds its tail, with the gutter showing the breaking point. I loved that! The back matter is full of good facts on each of the animals for further learning.
