I love a good "meta" book. When the pigs escape the picture frame and morph from 2d illustration style to 3d, that set the tone for the rest of the shenanigans to come. I love that the illustration style continues to change as they visit other stories before ending back in their own. It was fun seeing references to other Wiesner books as well! A lovely chaotic romp.
