Three kids find a bag of magic chalk on the playground - adventure and creativity and chaos ensues!

The realism of these illustrations are spectacular! The artists note in the back said they were all painted traditionally by hand - where they look like photos or computer generated illustration. Consider me impressed! The story reminds me a lot of Jumanji - in the way that the kids find and play with a mysterious toy they've found - get in a pickle, and have to problem solve their way out - then leave the toy behind for someone else to find.
